Who We Are

We provide a range of general and clinical psychology services for various issues and concerns using evidence based therapeutic treatment approaches including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Mindfulness, Interpersonal Therapy, & Positive Psychology.

Damien Paynter is our principal Clinical Psychologist with over 20 years experience in the field.  He has worked across both public & private sectors (including SA Health, Minda, QEH, Repatriation Hospital, APM, Centrelink, Marion Domain Medical Centre, Sturt Road Psychology | Marion Psychology).

Specific techniques may also include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR), Hypnosis, Exposure therapy, Psychological education, & Role play.  Jargon aside, you should predominantly feel listened to, understood, and assisted to develop a positive course of action to best address your concerns, issues, & goals.
